The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, which is called JKSSB, has released a new and exciting job notice for the year 2025. Every post has its own qualification rule. If you want to apply for Assistant Scientific Officer, you must have a Master’s degree in one of these subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, or Forensic Science. You must also have scored at least 50% or 51% marks in your exams. Students must be from a recognized university. For the Assistant Superintendent Jail post, students must be graduates and must also have a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology. To apply for the Computer Assistant post, students must have a graduation degree. Along with that, they must also have a one-year diploma in computer applications, or a degree like BCA or B.Sc IT. For the Laboratory Attendant post, students must have passed 12th standard in Science stream. They should have studied Maths or Biology as one of their subjects. This post is suitable for students who have a science background and want to work in labs. The age limit to apply is between 18.12 years and 40.12 years. But there is good news for students who come from reserved categories like SC, ST, RBA, OBC, and ALC. They can get age relaxation as per the rules given by the Government of India. This means they get extra age benefit and have a better chance of applying for the job.
